目的 觀察喘泰顆粒聯(lián)合布地奈德治療兒童哮喘急性發(fā)作的臨床效果。方法 選擇2016年10月-2019年10月在鄭州大學(xué)第二附屬醫(yī)院治療的哮喘急性發(fā)作患兒199例，隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組（100例）和治療組（99例）。對(duì)照組霧化吸入吸入用布地奈德混懸液，1 mg/次，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服喘泰顆粒，3 g/次，4次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患兒用力肺活量（FVC）、最大呼氣流量（PEF）、一秒用力呼氣容積（FEV1）、免疫球蛋白G（IgG）、免疫球蛋白E（IgE）、免疫球蛋白M（IgM）、白介素-8（IL-8）和白介素-4（IL-4）水平，及臨床癥狀改善時(shí)間。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組臨床有效率為74.00%，顯著低于治療組的94.95%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒FVC、PEF和FEV1水平均明顯升高（P<0.05），且治療組患兒明顯比對(duì)照組高（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒IgG和IgM水平均明顯升高（P<0.05），而IgE水平均明顯降低（P<0.05），且治療組患兒IgG、IgE和IgM水平明顯比對(duì)照組好（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒IL-8和IL-4水平均明顯降低（P<0.05），且治療組患兒明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患兒肺部哮鳴音、咳嗽、喘憋改善時(shí)間明顯比對(duì)照組早（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 喘泰顆粒聯(lián)合布地奈德治療小兒哮喘急性發(fā)作，可改善患兒臨床癥狀，提高肺功能，改善機(jī)體免疫水平，臨床療效較好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chuantai Granules combined with budesonide in treatment of acute attack of asthma in children. Methods Children (199 cases) with acute attack of asthma in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2016 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control (100 cases) and treatment (99 cases) groups. Children in the control group were atomization inhalation administered with Rupatadine Fumarate Tablets, 1 mg/time, twice daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Chuantai Granules on the basis of the control group, 3 g/time, four times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the level of FVC, PEF, FEV1, IgG, IgE, IgM, IL-8 and IL-4, the improvement time of clinical symptom in two groups before and after treatment was compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 74.00%, which was significantly lower than 94.95% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the level of FVC, PEF, and FEV1 in two groups was significantly increased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the level of IgG and IgM in two groups was significantly increased (P<0.05), but the IgE level was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the IgG, IgE, and IgM level in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the level of IL-8 and IL-4 in two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement time of lung wheezing, coughing, wheezing in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Chuantai Granules combined with budesonide in treatment of acute attack of asthma in children can improve clinical symptoms, lung function, and the immune level, which has good clinical curative effect.
