目的 探討鹽酸川芎嗪注射液聯(lián)合硫酸鎂注射液和拉貝洛爾治療妊娠高血壓綜合征的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年3月-2019年3月武警特色醫(yī)學(xué)中心收治的60例妊娠高血壓綜合征的患者為研究對(duì)象，將患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各30例。對(duì)照組患者靜脈滴注硫酸鎂注射液，30 mL加入到5%葡萄糖溶液500 mL中，1次/d；同時(shí)靜脈滴注鹽酸拉貝洛爾注射液，50 mg加入到5%葡萄糖溶液250 mL中，1次/d，血壓控制后改為口服拉貝洛爾片，100 mg/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注鹽酸川芎嗪注射液，120 mg加入到5%葡萄糖溶液250 mL中，1次/d。兩組患者同步連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效，比較兩組的血壓、尿蛋白含量、血清學(xué)指標(biāo)基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）、血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子（VEGF）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為73.3%、93.3%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組收縮壓（SBP）、舒張壓（DBP）、尿蛋白均明顯下降，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組SBP、DBP、尿蛋白明顯低于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清MMP-9、VEGF水平均明顯升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療后治療組血清MMP-9、VEGF水平明顯高于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 鹽酸川芎嗪注射液聯(lián)合硫酸鎂注射液和鹽酸拉貝洛爾治療妊娠高血壓綜合征具有較好的臨床療效，可降低患者血壓和尿蛋白含量，提高患者血清MMP-9、VEGF水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Magnesium Sulfate Injection and labetalol in treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods Patients (60 cases) with pregnancy-induced hypertension in Characteristic Medical Center of People's Armed Police from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 30 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Magnesium Sulfate Injection, 30 mL added into 5% glucose solution 500 mL, once daily. And patients in the control group were also iv administered with Labetalol Hydrochloride Injection, 50 mg added into 5% glucose solution 250 mL, once daily, and after blood pressure control, patients in the control group were po administered with Labetalol Hydrochloride Tablets, 100 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection on the basis of the control group, 120 mg added into 5% glucose solution 250 mL, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and blood pressure, urinary protein content, and serum index levels of MMP-9 and VEGF in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 73.3% and 93.3%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, SBP, DBP, and urine protein in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of MMP-9 and VEGF in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the serum index levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Magnesium Sulfate Injection and labetalol has clinical curative effect in treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension, can reduce the blood pressure and urine protein content, and improve the levels of MMP-9 and VEGF, which has a certain clinical application value.
