目的 探索復(fù)方玄駒膠囊聯(lián)合前列安通膠囊治療慢性前列腺炎的臨床效果。方法 選取2015年12月-2017年3月在重慶市開州區(qū)人民醫(yī)院治療的慢性前列腺炎患者128例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各64例。對(duì)照組患者口服前列安通膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。治療組患者在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服復(fù)方玄駒膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療30 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者NIH-CPSI和勃起功能障礙評(píng)分。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組臨床總有效率為73.44%，顯著低于治療組的92.19%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者疼痛、生活質(zhì)量、排尿和NIH-CPSI總分均明顯下降，勃起功能障礙評(píng)分顯著升高，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05），同時(shí)治療后治療組患者NIH-CPSI和勃起功能障礙評(píng)分明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 復(fù)方玄駒膠囊聯(lián)合前列安通膠囊治療慢性前列腺炎效果顯著，能有效改善患者性功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Compound Xuanju Capsules combined with Qianlie Antong Capsules in treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods Patients (128 cases) with chronic prostatitis in the People's Hospital of Kaizhou District, CQ from December 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 64 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Qianlie Antong Capsules, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Xuanju Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 30 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the NIH-CPSI and the erectile dysfunction scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 73.44%, which was significantly lower than 92.19% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the pain, quality of life, urination and NIH-CPSI total scores in two groups were significantly decreased, the erectile dysfunction scores were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And these scores in the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Xuanju Capsules combined with Qianlie Antong Capsules has obvious curative effect in treatment of chronic prostatitis, and can effectively improve the sexual function.
