目的 探討復(fù)方丹參滴丸聯(lián)合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治療冠心病心絞痛的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年4月-2017年4月三二〇一醫(yī)院收治的慢性冠心病心絞痛患者120例為研究對象，隨機(jī)將所有研究對象分為對照組和治療組，每組各60例。對照組患者口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片，2.5 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服復(fù)方丹參滴丸，10丸/次，3次/d。兩組患者均持續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效和心電圖療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的臨床療效總有效率分別為83.33%、95.00%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，對照組和治療組的心電圖療效總有效率分別為85.00%、96.67%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組心絞痛發(fā)作次數(shù)和心絞痛持續(xù)時(shí)間均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些床癥狀指標(biāo)明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 復(fù)方丹參滴丸聯(lián)合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治療冠心病心絞痛具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床癥狀，安全性較好，具有一定臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Patients (120 cases) with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in San Er Ling Yi Hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets, 2.5 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Danshen Dropping Pills on the basis of the control group, 10 pills/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies and electrocardiogram efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptoms in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 83.33% and 95.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the electrocardiogram efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 85.00% and 96.67%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, angina frequency and angina duration of angina pectoris in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the clinical symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, can improve clinical symptoms, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
