目的 分析2014—2016年廣安門醫(yī)院南區(qū)病區(qū)抗菌藥物的使用情況。方法 調(diào)取廣安門醫(yī)院南區(qū)2014—2016年病區(qū)抗菌藥物的相關(guān)用藥信息，對用藥頻度（DDDs）、使用強度（AUD）進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 病區(qū)抗菌藥物給藥途徑以靜脈注射為主，2014—2016年，抗菌藥物使用DDDs減少，AUD減少，但各類品種選擇結(jié)構(gòu)有明顯變化；β-內(nèi)酰胺/β-內(nèi)酰胺酶抑制劑類藥物選擇性增加，哌拉西林/舒巴坦選擇性最強。病區(qū)使用頻度最高的是硝基咪唑類；非限制級、限制級抗菌藥物的DDDs和AUD下降，特殊使用級DDDs和AUD增加，尤其是美羅培南。結(jié)論 廣安門醫(yī)院南區(qū)病區(qū)抗菌藥物連續(xù)3年使用頻度及使用強度下降，說明抗菌藥物管理有效，但需關(guān)注品種結(jié)構(gòu)選擇的變化，尤其是左奧硝唑、哌拉西林/舒巴坦、美羅培南的不合理用藥問題。

Objective To investigate the utilization of antibacterial drugs for ward in South Campus of Guang'anmen Hospital from 2014 to 2016. Methods The utilization of antibacterial drugs for ward in South Campus of Guang'anmen Hospital from 2014 to 2016 was summarized retrospectively, and the varieties, defined daily doses (DDDs), antibiotics use density (AUD) were analyzed. Results Intravenous drugs were the most choice. DDDs and AUD are both decreased from 2014 to 2016, but the structure of varieties changed significantly. β-lactam/β-lactamase inhibitors was more elective, especially piperacillin-sulbactam. DDDs of nitromidazoles were the highest. DDDs and AUD of restricted and unrestricted antimicrobial drugs were decreased, but those of antibacterial agents in special use level was increased, especially meropenem. Conclusion Defined daily doses and antibiotics use density are decreased for three years in South Campus of Guang'anmen Hospital from 2014 to 2016, suggesting that the management is effective on antibacterial drug use. But the variety of structural changes of choice should be concerned, especially irrational drug use of evornidazole, piperacillin/ulbactam, and meropenem.
