目的 探討枳術(shù)寬中膠囊聯(lián)合泮托拉唑鈉腸溶片治療胃食管反流病的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年12月—2017年1月陵水黎族自治縣人民醫(yī)院收治的胃食管反流病患者160例為研究對象，根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各80例。對照組清晨空腹口服泮托拉唑鈉腸溶片，40 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服枳術(shù)寬中膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療2個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的癥狀積分和胃食管反流病診斷問卷（GerdQ）評分。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為76.3%、93.8%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療1、2個(gè)月后，兩組癥狀積分均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組癥狀積分明顯低于治療同期對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療1、2個(gè)月后，兩組GerdQ評分均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組GerdQ評分明顯低于治療同期對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 枳術(shù)寬中膠囊聯(lián)合泮托拉唑鈉腸溶片治療胃食管反流病具有較好的臨床療效，能夠改善患者的臨床癥狀，提高生活質(zhì)量，安全性較好，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhizhu Kuanzhong Capsules combined with Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Tablets in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods Patients (160 cases) with gastroesophageal reflux disease in Lingshui People's Hospital from December 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 80 cases. Patients in the control group were fasting po administered with Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Tablets at morning, 40 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Zhizhu Kuanzhong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for two months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and symptom scores and GerdQ scores in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 76.3% and 93.8%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment for 1 and 2 months, the symptom scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group at the same time, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment for 1 and 2 months, GerdQ scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the GerdQ scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group at the same time, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Zhizhu Kuanzhong Capsules combined with Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, can improve clinical symptoms, and enhance the quality of life, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
