目的 探討玉藍降糖聯(lián)合二甲雙胍治療2型糖尿病患者的有效性和安全性。方法 選取河北省第七人民醫(yī)院2015年12月—2016年12月收治的2型糖尿病患者125例，隨機分成對照組（62例）和治療組（63例）。對照組患者口服鹽酸二甲雙胍片，2片/次，2次/d，根據(jù)病情適當(dāng)調(diào)整劑量。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服玉藍降糖膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。所有患者均治療3個月。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組患者空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PG）和糖化血紅蛋白（HbA1c）以及臨床指標(biāo)水平和不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組臨床總有效率為82.26%，顯著低于治療組的96.83%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清FPG、2 h PG和HbA1c水平顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療組患者FPG、2 h PG和HbA1c水平明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者BMI指數(shù)、收縮壓（SBP）、尿酸（UA）和三酰甘油（TG）水平均顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療組患者各指標(biāo)改善情況均要明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療期間，對照組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為19.35%，明顯高于治療組的4.76%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 玉藍降糖聯(lián)合二甲雙胍治療2型糖尿病療效好，安全性高，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Yulan Jiangtang Capsules combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods Patients (125 cases) with type 2 diabetes in the Seventh People's Hospital of Hebei Province from December 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control (62 cases) and treatment (63 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets, 2 tablets/time, twice daily, and adjust the dose according to the disease. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yulan Jiangtang Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and FPG, 2 h PG, HbA1c, the clinical indexes levels and adverse events in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 82.26%, which was significantly lower than 96.83% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the FPG, 2 h PG, and HbA1c levels in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). And the FPG, 2 h PG, and HbA1c levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the BMI index, SBP, UA and TG levels in two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05). And these indicators in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). During the treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 19.35%, which was significantly higher than 4.76% in the treatment group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yulan Jiangtang Capsules combined with metformin has good clinical efficacy in treatment of type 2 diabetes with high safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
