目的 探討石辛含片聯(lián)合碘甘油治療智齒冠周炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年4月-2017年4月在解放軍第101醫(yī)院進(jìn)行診治的智齒冠周炎患者160例，隨機(jī)分為對照組（80例）和治療組（80例）。對照組患者將碘甘油涂于牙周袋，3次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上于牙患處含化石辛含片，1片/次，4次/d。兩組患者均治療5 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較治療前后兩組OHIP-14和VAS評分以及菌群變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組臨床總有效率分別為83.75%、96.25%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者OHIP-14和VAS評分均顯著降低，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組患者OHIP-14和VAS評分顯著低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組細(xì)菌密度、格蘭陰性菌比例、螺旋體比例均明顯降低，而格蘭陽性菌比例增加，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組菌群變化情況明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 石辛含片聯(lián)合碘甘油治療智齒冠周炎可有效改善患者口腔健康，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shixin Buccal Tablets combined with Iodine Glycerol in treatment of pericoronitis. Methods Patients (160 cases) with pericoronitis in the 101st Hospital of PLA from April 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into control (80 cases) and treatment (80 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were given iodine glycerol to the pouch of periodontium, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shixin Buccal Tablets on the basis of the control group, 1 tablet/time, four times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 5 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, OHIP-14 and VAS scores, and the changes of microflora in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 83.75% and 96.25%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the OHIP-14 and VAS scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And OHIP-14 and VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the bacterial density, G^- bacteria ratio and spirochaeta ratio in two groups was significantly decreased, and there were differences in the same group (P<0.05). And the change of microflora in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Shixin Buccal Tablets combined with iodine glycerol in treatment of pericoronitis can effectively improve the oral health, which has a certain clinical application value.
