目的 探討消風(fēng)止癢顆粒聯(lián)合加巴噴丁膠囊治療老年皮膚瘙癢癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年1月-2017年1月蘇州市立醫(yī)院收治的老年性瘙癢癥患者88例為研究對象，根據(jù)患者病例單雙號分為對照組和治療組，每組各44例。對照組口服加巴噴丁膠囊，0.3 g/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服消風(fēng)止癢顆粒，2袋/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療28 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的瘙癢評分情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為63.63%、88.64%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組瘙癢程度、瘙癢部位、瘙癢頻率、對睡眠的影響和總評分均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 消風(fēng)止癢顆粒聯(lián)合加巴噴丁膠囊治療老年皮膚瘙癢癥具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床癥狀，安全性較好，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xiaofeng Zhiyang Granules combined with Gabapentin Capsules in treatment of senile skin pruritus. Methods Patients (88 cases) with senile skin pruritus in Suzhou Municipal Hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study. According to patient case odd even number, patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 44 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Gabapentin Capsules, 0.3 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaofeng Zhiyang Granules on the basis of the control group, 2 bags/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 28 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the pruritus scores in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 63.63% and 88.64%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, itching degree scores, itching site scores, itching frequency scores, itching to sleep scores, and the total scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaofeng Zhiyang Granules combined with Gabapentin Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of senile skin pruritus, can improve clinical symptoms, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
