提出我國(guó)橙皮書(shū)制度構(gòu)建和實(shí)施路徑的研究建議，包括橙皮書(shū)制度的定位和作用、收錄藥品的基本原則、參比制劑的收錄原則、藥品標(biāo)識(shí)的基本考慮、收載的藥品信息、組織機(jī)構(gòu)和工作機(jī)制、橙皮書(shū)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)等7個(gè)方面在起步階段和完善階段的具體建議。根據(jù)具體建議繪制了我國(guó)橙皮書(shū)制度構(gòu)建和實(shí)施路徑圖。

This paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction and implementation path of Chinese Drug Orange Book System from the initial stage and the perfect stage, which includes the basic position and role, the basic principles of drug collection, the principle of reference listed drug collection, drug identification, drug information, the organization, and working mechanism, and database structure. According to the concrete proposal, the graph of the construction and implementation path of Chinese Drug Orange Book System was drawn.
