目的 探討復方丹參注射液聯(lián)合間苯三酚注射液治療妊娠高血壓綜合征的臨床療效。方法 選擇2015年1月-2016年10月在襄陽市中心醫(yī)院就診的妊娠高血壓患者120例作為研究對象，將所有患者隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各60例。對照組靜脈滴注間苯三酚注射液，40 mg加入到5%或10%葡萄糖注射溶液250 mL中，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎上靜脈滴注丹參注射液，10 mL加入到10%葡萄糖注射液500 mL中，1次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組血清胱抑素C（CysC）和同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平、分娩情況和母嬰結局情況。結果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為76.67%、91.67%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組CysC和Hcy水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組引產(chǎn)比例明顯低于對照組，而治療組自然分娩比例明顯高于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組產(chǎn)后出血和新生兒窒息發(fā)生率均低于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 復方丹參注射液聯(lián)合間苯三酚注射液治療妊娠高血壓綜合征具有較好的臨床療效，可改善分娩情況和母嬰結局，調(diào)節(jié)CysC和Hcy水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection combined with Phloroglucinol Injection in treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. Methods Patients (120 cases) with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome in Xiangyang Central Hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Phloroglucinol Injection, 40 mg added into 5% or 10% glucose solution 250 mL, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection on the basis of the control group, 10 mL added into 10% glucose solution 500 mL, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the levels of CysC and Hcy, delivery conditions, maternal and infant outcomes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 76.67% and 91.67%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CysC and Hcy in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the proportion of induced abortion in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, but the proportion of natural childbirth in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection combined with Phloroglucinol Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome, can improve delivery condition and maternal and infant outcome, can regulate the levels of CysC and Hcy, which has a certain clinical application value.
