目的 探究四磨湯口服液聯(lián)合鹽酸阿米替林片治療功能性胃腸病的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年1月-2017年1月在徐州市中心醫(yī)院消化內(nèi)科收治的功能性胃腸病患者140例作為研究對象，所有患者隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各70例。對照組口服鹽酸阿米替林片，1片/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服四磨湯口服液，20 mL/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療6周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的消化道癥狀積分情況。結(jié)果 治療2、4、6周后，對照組總有效率分別為52.86%、62.86%、65.71%，治療組總有效率分別為61.43%、78.57%、85.71%，兩組同期比較差異統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療2、4、6周后，兩組消化道癥狀積分均明顯下降，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組消化道癥狀積分明顯低于同期對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 四磨湯口服液聯(lián)合鹽酸阿米替林片治療功能性胃腸病具有較好的臨床療效，能改善消化道癥狀，安全性較好，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Simotang Oral Liquid combined with Amitriptyline Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of functional gastrointestinal disease. Methods Patients (140 cases) with functional gastrointestinal disease in Xuzhou Central Hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 70 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Amitriptyline Hydrochloride Tablets, 1 tablet/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Simotang Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, 20 mL/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the gastrointestinal symptom scores in two groups were compared. Results After treatment for 2, 4, and 6 weeks, the clinical efficacies in the control group were 52.86%, 62.86%, and 65.71%, respectively, but the clinical efficacies in the treatment group were 61.43%, 78.57%, and 85.71%, respectively, and there was difference at the same time between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment for 2, 4, and 6 weeks, the gastrointestinal symptom scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the gastrointestinal symptom score in the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group at the same time, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Simotang Oral Liquid combined with Amitriptyline Hydrochloride Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of functional gastrointestinal disease, can improve gastrointestinal symptoms, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
