目的 探討賴氨葡鋅顆粒聯(lián)合消旋卡多曲治療小兒輪狀病毒性腸炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年3月-2016年3月在寶雞市婦幼保健院進(jìn)行治療的輪狀病毒性腸炎患兒108例，依據(jù)治療方案的差別分為對(duì)照組（54例）和治療組（54例）。對(duì)照組口服消旋卡多曲顆粒，30 g/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服賴氨葡鋅顆粒，5 g/次，2次/d。兩組患兒均治療7 d。評(píng)價(jià)兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患兒臨床癥狀消失時(shí)間和心肌酶指標(biāo)變化。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組總有效率為85.19%，顯著低于治療組的97.53%；兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患兒發(fā)熱、腹瀉、嘔吐消失時(shí)間均顯著短于對(duì)照組患兒，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清磷酸肌酸激酶（CK）、磷酸肌酸激酶同功酶（CK-MB）和乳酸脫氫酶（LDH）水平均顯著降低，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組患兒心肌酶指標(biāo)比對(duì)照組降低更顯著，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 賴氨葡鋅顆粒聯(lián)合消旋卡多曲治療小兒輪狀病毒性腸炎可有效改善患兒臨床癥狀，緩解心肌損害，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Compound Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules combined with racecadotril in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods Children (108 cases) with rotavirus enteritis in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Baoji from March 2014 to March 2016 were divided into control (54 cases) and treatment (54 cases) groups based on different treatment. Children in the control group were po administered with Racecadotril Granules, 30 mg/time, three times daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules on the basis of the control group, 5 g/time, twice daily. Children in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the change of clinical symptom disappearance time and myocardial enzymes in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 85.19%, which was significantly lower than 97.53% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of fever, diarrhea, and vomiting in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the CK, CK-MB, and LDH levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the myocardial enzyme indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules combined with racecadotril can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis, and relieve myocardial damage, which has a certain clinical application value.
