目的 觀察硫酸沙丁胺醇聯(lián)合氨茶堿治療小兒哮喘的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年1月-2016年1月神木市醫(yī)院收治的小兒哮喘患者79例，隨機分成對照組（39例）和治療組（40例）。對照組患兒靜脈注射氨茶堿注射液，4 mg/kg加入10%葡萄糖注射液，2次/d；治療組患兒在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口腔吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇吸入氣霧劑，1撳/次，2次/d。兩組患兒均規(guī)律治療1周。評價兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患兒臨床癥狀消失時間和不良反應(yīng)情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組總有效率為74.36%，顯著低于治療組的92.50%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒咳嗽、哮鳴音以及呼吸困難等臨床癥狀完全消失時間以及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況相當(dāng)，兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 硫酸沙丁胺醇聯(lián)合氨茶堿治療小兒哮喘的臨床優(yōu)勢明顯，安全性可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of salbutamol sulfate combined with aminophylline in treatment of children with asthma. Methods Children (79 cases) with asthma in Shenmu County Hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control (39 cases) and treatment (40 cases) groups. Children in the control group were iv administered with Aminophylline Injection, 4 mg/kg added into 10% glucose injection, twice daily. Children in the treatment group were administered with Salbutamol Sulphate Inhalation Aerosol by oral inhalation on the basis of the control group, 1 press/time, twice daily. Children in two groups were treated for 1 week. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the clinical symptom disappearance time and adverse reactions in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 74.36%, which was significantly lower than 92.50% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the differences of the disappearance time of coughing, wheezing, and breathing difficulties, and adverse reactions in two groups had no statistical significance. Conclusion Salbutamol sulfate combined with aminophylline has obvious clinical advantages in treatment of children with asthma with high safety.
