目的 探討賴氨葡鋅顆粒聯(lián)合鞣酸蛋白酵母散治療小兒急性腹瀉的臨床療效。方法 選取天津市西青醫(yī)院2015年8月-2016年8月收治的急性腹瀉病患兒111例，隨機分成對照組（55例）和治療組（56例）。對照組患兒口服鞣酸蛋白酵母散，小于1歲患兒1包/次，1~3歲患兒2包/次，大于3歲患兒3包/次，均為3次/d；治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服賴氨葡鋅顆粒，小于1歲患兒半包/次，1~3歲患兒1包/次，大于3歲患兒2包/次，均為1次/d。所有患兒均規(guī)律治療5 d。評價兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者主要癥狀評分、體溫、大便和嘔吐癥狀恢復(fù)時間改善情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組臨床總有效率為81.82%，顯著低于治療組的96.43%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒便次增多、大便稀軟、嘔吐評分均顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療組便次增多和嘔吐評分均顯著低于對照組患兒（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患兒體溫、大便、嘔吐癥狀恢復(fù)時間均顯著短于對照組患兒，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 賴氨葡鋅顆粒聯(lián)合鞣酸蛋白酵母散治療小兒急性腹瀉臨床療效較好，安全性高，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Compound Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules combined with Albumin Tannate and Barm Powder in treatment of acute diarrhea in children. Methods Children (111 cases) with acute diarrhea in Tianjin Xiqing Hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into control (55 cases) and treatment (56 cases) groups. Children in the control group were po administered with Albumin Tannate and Barm Powder, 1 bag/time for children under 1 year old, 2 bags/time for children 1-3 years old, 3 bags/time for children over 3 years old, three times daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules on the basis of the control group, 0.5 bag/time for children under 1 year old, 1 bag/time for children 1-3 years old, 2 bags/time for children over 3 years old, once daily. Children in two groups were treated for 5 d. After treatment, clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement of main symptom score, body temperature, bowel, and recovery time of vomiting symptoms in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 81.82%, which was significantly lower than 96.43% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the diarrhea clinical symptom scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And the increased stool and vomiting scores in the treatment group were obviously lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the recovery time of body temperature, stool, and vomiting symptoms in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules combined with Albumin Tannate and Barm Powder has good effect in treatment of acute diarrhea in children with high security, which has a certain clinical application value.
