目的 探索芪藶強(qiáng)心膠囊聯(lián)合坎地沙坦酯治療慢性肺心病急性加重期的治療療效。方法 選取2016年1月—2016年12月于北京市隆福醫(yī)院接受治療的慢性肺心病急性加重期患者86例，隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各43例。對(duì)照組口服坎地沙坦酯片，4 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服芪藶強(qiáng)心膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，同時(shí)比較兩組治療前后氧分壓、二氧化碳分壓、血氧飽和度的變化情況。隨訪120 d，評(píng)價(jià)兩組患者的生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為79.07%、90.70%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。治療后，兩組患者氧分壓、血氧飽和度均顯著升高，同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）；治療后，治療組氧分壓、血氧飽和度均顯著高于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。隨訪后，兩組生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分均顯著升高，同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）；隨訪后，治療組生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P< 0.05）。結(jié)論 芪藶強(qiáng)心膠囊聯(lián)合坎地沙坦酯治療慢性肺心病急性加重期有顯著效果，可顯著改善血?dú)夥治鲋笜?biāo)和生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the effect of Qili Qiangxin Capsules combined with candesartan cilexetil in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods Patients (86 cases) with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease in Beijing Longfu Hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control (43 cases) and treatment (43 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Candesartan Cilexetil Tablets, 4 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qili Qiangxin Capsules, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of pO₂, pCO₂and SaO₂ in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Follow-up for 120 d, life quality scores in two groups were evaluated. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups were 79.07% and 90.70%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, pO₂ and SaO₂ in two groups increased statistically, but pCO₂ in two groups decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, pO₂ and SaO₂ in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and pCO₂ in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After follow-up, life quality scores in two groups increased statistically, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). After follow-up, life quality score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qili Qiangxin Capsules combined with candesartan cilexetil has a significant effect in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease, and can significantly improve blood gas analysis indexes and life quality score, which has a certain clinical application value.
