目的 分析2015年煤炭總醫(yī)院門診處方中妊娠及哺乳期婦女中成藥的使用情況，為特殊人群合理使用中成藥提供依據(jù)。方法 從HIS系統(tǒng)提取相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，分析2015年煤炭總醫(yī)院中成藥的銷售金額、品種、用藥頻度（DDDs）和日均費用（DDC）值；收集使用過的中成藥說明書，并對其中涉及妊娠期及哺乳期婦女用藥內(nèi)容進行分析。結(jié)果 益氣維血顆粒的DDDs值排名第1位，DDC最低，五加生化膠囊的DDC最高；婦產(chǎn)科計生門診使用的中成藥品種數(shù)共計56種；妊娠期貧血、上呼吸道感染是常見疾病；涉及妊娠期婦女慎用、忌用、禁用的品種占總數(shù)的比例分別為7.14%、5.36%、14.29%。用藥辨證不當、用法用量不當、療程不合理是不合理應(yīng)用的主要原因。結(jié)論 2015年煤炭總醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科中成藥使用情況基本合理，然而說明書中關(guān)于妊娠期及哺乳期用藥安全性的信息不全，處方書寫不規(guī)范，哺乳期婦女尤為嚴重，藥品監(jiān)管部門應(yīng)加強監(jiān)督，保證妊娠期及哺乳期婦女用藥安全。

Objective To investigate the application of Chinese patent medicine in pregnancy and lactating women in the outpatient prescriptions of Meitan General Hospital in 2015, and to provide the basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods Extracting the relevant data from the HIS system, the use of the amount, variety, DDDs, and DDC of Chinese patent medicine of Meitan General Hospital in 2015 were analyzed. The collected Chinese patent medicine manual was used to analyze the content of drugs in pregnant and lactating women. Results DDDs of Yiqi Weixue Granules ranked the first, and DDC of it was the lowest. While DDC of Wujia Shenghua Capsule was the highest. There were 56 kinds of Chinese patent medicine used in Department of Maternity and Obstetrics Clinic. Pregnancy anemia and upper respiratory tract infection were the common disease during pregnancy. The proportion of caution, contraindicated, and disabled to use in pregnancy women were 7.14%, 5.36%, and 14.29%. The main reasons for the unreasonable application were the improper use of medicine, inappropriate usage and dosage, and unreasonable course of treatment. Conclusion The usage of Chinese patent medicines in Meitan General Hospital in 2015 is basically reasonable. However, there is a lack of instructions in pregnancy and lactation period, especially in lactating women. Drug regulatory authorities should strengthen supervision to ensure the safety of women during pregnancy and lactation.
