目的 分析第四軍醫(yī)大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌代謝科藥品不良反應(yīng)（ADR）的發(fā)生特點(diǎn)，為臨床合理用藥提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法 收集第四軍醫(yī)大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌代謝科2013年1月-2016年4月上報(bào)的137例ADR報(bào)告，對患者的年齡和性別、藥品種類、所涉及的器官及系統(tǒng)、臨床表現(xiàn)等方面進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析。結(jié)果 137例ADR報(bào)告中，男性78例（56.93%），女性59例（43.07%）；40~70歲患者最多，共計(jì)100例（72.99%）；ADR涉及藥物以二甲雙胍最多（40.86%）；ADR的臨床表現(xiàn)以胃腸系統(tǒng)損害最常見，共計(jì)61例（44.52%）。結(jié)論 第四軍醫(yī)大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌代謝科發(fā)生的ADR有其自身特點(diǎn)，ADR的發(fā)生與多種因素有關(guān)，加強(qiáng)對ADR的監(jiān)測工作，有利于促進(jìn)臨床合理用藥和保障患者用藥安全。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADR) occurred in Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism of the First Hospital Affiliated to the Fourth Military Medical University, in order to provide scientific basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods ADR reports (137 cases) were selected from Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism of the First Hospital Affiliated to the Fourth Military Medical University from January 2013 to April 2016, and the age and gender of patients, drug categories, involved organs and systems, and clinical manifestations were analyzed. Results Among 137 cases of ADR, 78 cases were male (56.93%), and 59 cases were female (43.07%). Totally 100 cases of ADR occurred in the patients aged from 40 to 70 years old, accounting for 72.99% of the total number. In the ADR-involving drugs, the number of ADR caused by metformin (40.86%) was the most. Gastrointestinal reactions (61 cases) were the most common clinical manifestations, accounting for 44.52%. Conclusion ADR in the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism of the First Hospital Affiliated to the Fourth Military Medical University has its own characteristics. The occurrence of ADR is related to multiple factors. Enhancing the ADR monitoring work is helpful to promote the clinical rational drug use and protect the medication safety.
