目的 比較鹽酸氨基葡萄糖膠囊與醋氯芬酸片治療肘關(guān)節(jié)創(chuàng)傷性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年9月—2016年9月在鄭州市第一人民醫(yī)院接受治療的肘關(guān)節(jié)創(chuàng)傷性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者86例，根據(jù)治療方案的不同分為治對照和組療組，每組各43例。對照組口服醋氯芬酸片，0.1 g/次，2次/d。治療組口服鹽酸氨基葡萄糖膠囊，0.75 g/次，2次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療6周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的血清學(xué)指標、美國特種外科醫(yī)院膝關(guān)節(jié)（HSS）評分和視覺模擬評分法（VAS）評分。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為67.44%、88.37%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，兩組血清Dickkopf-1（DKK-1）水平均明顯升高，而硬骨素、護骨素（OPG）水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。治療后，兩組HSS評分均明顯升高，而VAS評分均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P < 0.05）。結(jié)論 鹽酸氨基葡萄糖膠囊治療肘關(guān)節(jié)創(chuàng)傷性關(guān)節(jié)炎的療效優(yōu)于醋氯芬酸片，能改善臨床癥狀，調(diào)節(jié)血清學(xué)指標，安全性較好高，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To compare the clinical effect between Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules and Aceclofenac Tablets in treatment of traumatic arthritis of elbow joint. Methods Patients (86 cases) with traumatic arthritis of elbow joint in the Medical Group of Zhengzhou People's Hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 43 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Aceclofenac Tablets, 0.1 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules, 0.75 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and serological indexes, HSS scores and VAS scores in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 67.44% and 88.37%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of DKK-1 in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of sclerostin and OPG in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the HSS scores in two groups were significantly increased, but the VAS scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules in treatment of traumatic arthritis of elbow joint was better than that of Aceclofenac Tablets, can improve clinical symptoms, and regulate serological indexes, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
