目的 探討注射用磷酸肌酸鈉聯(lián)合注射用丹參多酚酸鹽治療冠心病心絞痛的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年9月-2016年9月聊城市第三人民醫(yī)院收治的冠心病心絞痛患者181例，隨機分為對照組（90例）和治療組（91例）。對照組靜脈滴注注射用丹參多酚酸鹽，200 mg加入到5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎上靜脈滴注注射用磷酸肌酸鈉，1.0 g加入到5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中，2次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的超聲心動圖指標和安全性。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為83.33%、95.60%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組左心室舒張末期內(nèi)徑（LVEDD）、左心室收縮末期內(nèi)徑（LVESD）和左房舒張末期內(nèi)徑（LADD）均顯著下降，而左室射血分數(shù)（LVEF）均顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 注射用磷酸肌酸鈉聯(lián)合注射用丹參多酚酸鹽治療冠心病心絞痛具有較好的臨床療效，可改善心功能，安全性好，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Creatine Phosphate Sodium for injection combined with Tanshinpolyphenolic Salt for injection in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Patients (181 cases) with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Liaocheng Third People's Hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were randomly divided into the control group (90 cases) and the treatment group (91 cases). Patients in the control group were iv administered with Tanshinpolyphenolic Salt for injection, 200 mg added into 5% glucose solution 250 mL, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Creatine Phosphate Sodium for injection on the basis of the control group, 1.0 g added into 5% glucose solution 250 mL, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and echocardiographic indexes and safety in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 83.33% and 95.60%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, LVEDD, LVESD, and LADD in two groups were significantly decreased, but the LVEF in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Creatine Phosphate Sodium for injection combined with Tanshinpolyphenolic Salt for injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, can improve heart function with safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
