目的 探討麝香保心丸聯(lián)合穩(wěn)心顆粒治療不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛的臨床療效。方法 選擇2013年6月-2015年6月延安市人民醫(yī)院收治的不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛患者98例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各49例。對(duì)照組口服穩(wěn)心顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服麝香保心丸，2丸/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療6個(gè)月。治療后，比較兩組患者的臨床療效，并對(duì)治療前后兩組心絞痛的發(fā)作頻率和持續(xù)時(shí)間、血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)以及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為81.63%、93.88%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組心絞痛發(fā)作頻率和持續(xù)時(shí)間均顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療組的降低程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組患者紅細(xì)胞壓積、全血黏度、纖維蛋白原、紅細(xì)胞聚集指數(shù)和hs-CRP均顯著降低，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組上述指標(biāo)比對(duì)照組降低的更明顯，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；兩組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 麝香保心丸聯(lián)合穩(wěn)心顆粒治療不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛具有良好的臨床療效，能夠明顯減少患者心絞痛發(fā)作頻率和持續(xù)時(shí)間，改善血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)，安全性較好，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Wenxin Granules in treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods Patients (98 cases) with unstable angina pectoris in Yan'an People's Hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Each group had 49 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Wenxin Granules, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shexiang Baoxin Pills on the basis of the control group, 2 pills/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 6 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, seizure frequency and duration of angina pectoris, hemodynamic indexes, and adverse reactions before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results The total efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.63% and 93.88%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Seizure frequency and duration of angina pectoris in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And the decreasing degree in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). HCT, whole blood viscosity, fibrinogen, red cell assembling index, and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And these hemodynamic indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups. Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Wenxin Granules has clinical curative effect in treatment of unstable angina pectoris, can significantly reduce the seizure frequency and duration of unstable angina pectoris, and improve hemodynamic indexes with less adverse reactions, which has a certain clinical application value.
