目的 探討宮炎平片聯(lián)合復(fù)方甲硝唑陰道栓治療陰道炎的臨床療效。方法 回顧性分析2015年10月-2016年8月在三門(mén)峽市中心醫(yī)院婦科接受治療的96例陰道炎患者臨床資料，隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各48例。對(duì)照組于月經(jīng)干凈后每晚清潔外陰后于陰道深處置入復(fù)方甲硝唑陰道栓，1粒/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服宮炎平片，4片/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療2周后進(jìn)行療效評(píng)價(jià)。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后臨床癥狀積分、生活質(zhì)量積分、白細(xì)胞介素2（IL-2）、IL-4、IL-10水平的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為75.00%、91.67%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組臨床癥狀積分、IL-2顯著降低，生活質(zhì)量積分、IL-4、IL-10顯著升高，同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后治療組臨床癥狀積分、IL-2低于對(duì)照組，生活質(zhì)量積分、IL-4、IL-10高于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 宮炎平片聯(lián)合復(fù)方甲硝唑陰道栓治療陰道炎具有較好的臨床療效，可明顯改善患者臨床癥狀，提高患者生活質(zhì)量，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Gongyanping Tablets combined with Compound Metronidagole Vaginal Suppositories in treatment of vaginitis. Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with vaginitis who were treated in Department of Gynaecology of Sanmenxia Central Hospital from October 2015 to August 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 48 cases. The patients in the control group were put Compound Metronidagole Vaginal Suppositories deep inside the vagina after cleaning the vulva every night when the menstruation was finished, 1 grain/time, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Gongyanping Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of clinical symptoms scores, life quality scores, IL-2, IL-4, and IL-10 in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 75.00% and 91.67%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, clinical symptoms scores and IL-2 in the two groups were significantly decreased, and life quality scores, IL-4, and IL-10 were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, clinical symptoms scores and IL-2 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and life quality scores, IL-4, and IL-10 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Gongyanping Tablets combined with Compound Metronidagole Vaginal Suppositories has clinical curative effect in treatment of vaginitis, and can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, and also improve the life quality, which has a certain clinical application value.
