目的 探討婦樂顆粒聯合左氧氟沙星和甲硝唑治療急性盆腔炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年2月-2016年2月在屯昌縣人民醫(yī)院接受治療的急性盆腔炎患者86例，按照治療方法的差別分為對照組和治療組，每組各43例。對照組患者靜脈滴注鹽酸左氧氟沙星氯化鈉注射液，0.5 g/次，2次/d；并靜脈滴注甲硝唑氯化鈉注射，0.5 g/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎上口服婦樂顆粒，2袋/次，2次/d。兩組患者均治療10 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的炎癥因子、臨床癥狀消失時間和臨床癥狀評分情況。結果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為81.40%、95.35%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組hs-CRP、IL-6和TNF-α均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的降低程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組體溫降至正常時間、下腹痛消失時間和陰道分泌物增多的消失時間均短于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組小腹疼痛、帶下量多和腰骶脹痛評分均顯著降低，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的下降程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 婦樂顆粒聯合左氧氟沙星和甲硝唑治療急性盆腔炎具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床癥狀，降低炎性癥反應，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Fule Granules combined with levofloxacin and metronidazole in treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory. Methods Patients (86 cases) with acute pelvic inflammatory in Tunchang County People's Hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 43 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride and Sodium Chloride Injection, 0.5 g/time, twice daily. And patients in the control group were also iv administered with Metronidazole and Sodium Chloride Injection, 0.5 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Fule Granules on the basis of the control group, 2 bags/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and inflammatory factors, disappearance time of clinical symptoms, and clinical symptom scores in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.40% and 95.35%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, hs-CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the times of body temperature dropped to normal, lower abdominal pain disappeared time, and vaginal secretions increasing disappeared time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of lower abdomen pain, vaginal secretions increasing, and lumbosacral distending pain in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Fule Granules combined with levofloxacin and metronidazole has clinical curative effect in treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory, can improve clinical symptoms, and decreased inflammatory reaction, which has a certain clinical application value.
