目的 探討復(fù)方氨基丁酸維E膠囊聯(lián)合托吡酯片治療小兒癲癇的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年5月-2016年5月在赤峰學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院進行治療的小兒癲癇患者68例，根據(jù)治療方案的差別分為對照組（34例）和治療組（34例）。對照組口服托吡酯片，首劑量為1～2 mg/kg，1次/d，每2周增加0.5～2 mg/kg，終劑量為8～10 mg/kg，2次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服復(fù)方氨基丁酸維E膠囊，2粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療8周。評價兩組患者的臨床療效，同時比較兩組患者治療前后血清腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白細胞介素-2（IL-2）、神經(jīng)元特異性烯醇化酶（NSE）和S100β蛋白的水平以及癲癇發(fā)作頻率變化。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組總有效率為73.53%，明顯低于治療組的91.18%，兩組總有效率比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒血清TNF-α、IL-2、NSE和S100β水平均明顯降低，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些指標的下降程度優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒癲癇發(fā)作頻率明顯降低，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組發(fā)作頻率比對照組降低更顯著，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 復(fù)方氨基丁酸維E膠囊聯(lián)合托吡酯片治療小兒癲癇效果顯著，可降低癲癇發(fā)作頻率及血清炎性因子水平，并對神經(jīng)功能具有保護作用，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Compound Amino Acid and Vitamin E Capsules combined with Topiramate Tablets in treatment of pediatric epilepsy. Methods Patients (68 cases) with epilepsy in Affiliated Hospital of Chifeng University in Chifeng from May 2015 to May 2016 were divided into the control (34 cases) and treatment (34 cases) groups based on different treatment. The patients in the control group were po administered with Topiramate Tablets, the initial dosage was 1-2 mg/kg, once daily, and which was increased by 0.5-2 mg/kg every 2 weeks until 8-10 mg/kg, then twice daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Compound Amino Acid and Vitamin E Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated, and the changes of TNF-α, IL-2, NSE, and S100β levels, and epileptic frequency in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control was 73.53%, which was significant lower than that(91.18%) in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, TNF-α, IL-2, NSE, and S100β levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And after treatment, these indicators in treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, epileptic frequency in two groups was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And epileptic frequency in the treatment group was significant lower than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound Amino Acid and Vitamin E Capsules combined with Topiramate Tablets has a significant clinical effect in treatment of pediatric epilepsy, can reduce the epileptic frequency and level of serum inflammatory factor, and has a protective effect on nerve function, which has a certain clinical application value.
