目的 探討金葡素注射液聯(lián)合奈達(dá)鉑和地塞米松治療惡性胸腔積液的臨床療效。方法 選擇2013年4月-2015年4月在重慶市第十三人民醫(yī)院接受治療的惡性胸腔積液患者76例，按治療方案的差別分為對照組和治療組，每組各38例。對照組胸腔注入注射用奈達(dá)鉑，80 mg加入到0.9%氯化鈉注射液40 mL中，1次/d；同時(shí)胸腔注入地塞米松磷酸鈉注射液，10 mg加入到0.9%氯化鈉注射液40 mL中，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上胸腔注入金葡素注射液，20 mL加入到0.9%氯化鈉注射液40 mL中，1次/d。兩組均治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組生活質(zhì)量的改善情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的有效率分別為21.05%、42.11%，臨床獲益率分別為71.05%、89.47%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，對照組和治療組的生活質(zhì)量總改善率分別為57.89%、78.95%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組不良反應(yīng)比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 金葡素注射液聯(lián)合奈達(dá)鉑和地塞米松治療惡性胸腔積液具有較好的臨床療效，能改善患者的生活質(zhì)量，安全性較好，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore clinical effect of Staphylococcal Enterotoxin C Injection combined with nedaplatin and dexamethasone in treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods Patients (76 cases) with malignant pleural effusion in the Thirteenth People's Hospital of Chongqing from April 2013 to April 2015 were enrolled in this study. According to the difference treatment plan, patients were divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 38 cases. Patients in the control group were pleural injection administered with Nedaplatin for injection, 80 mg added into 40 mL normal saline, once daily. And patients in the control group were also pleural injection administered with Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection, 10 mg added into normal saline 40 mL, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were pleural injection administered with Staphylococcal Enterotoxin C Injection on the basis of the control group, 20 mg added into normal saline 40 mL, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the improvement of the quality of life in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 21.05% and 42.11%, respectively, the clinical benefit rates in the control and treatment groups were 71.05% and 89.47%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement rates of quality of life in the control and treatment groups were 57.89% and 78.95%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). The adverse reactions was difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Staphylococcal Enterotoxin C Injection combined with nedaplatin and dexamethasone has clinical curative effect in treatment of malignant pleural effusion, and can improve quality of life, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
