目的 觀察熱淋清顆粒聯(lián)合多沙唑嗪和左氧氟沙星治療慢性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎的療效。方法 選取2013年8月-2015年2月海南省農(nóng)墾那大醫(yī)院收治的慢性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎患者82例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照和組治療組，每組各41例。對(duì)照組患者口服甲磺酸多沙唑嗪片，2 mg/次，1次/d；并口服左氧氟沙星片，0.5 g/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服熱淋清顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療1個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組前列腺液白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)（EPS-WBC）和慢性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎癥狀評(píng)分（NIH-CPSI）變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為80.49%、95.12%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組EPS-WBC和NIH-CPSI均顯著下降，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的下降程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 熱淋清顆粒聯(lián)合多沙唑嗪和左氧氟沙星治療慢性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床癥狀，安全性較好，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Relinqing Granules combined with doxazosin and levofloxacin in treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis. Methods Patients (82 cases) with chronic bacterial prostatitis in Hainan Nongken Nada Hospital from August 2013 to February 2015 were randomly divided into the control and treatment groups, and each group had 41 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Doxazosin Mesylate Tablets, 2 mg/time, once daily. And patients in the control group were also po administered with Levofloxacin Tablets, 0.5 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Relinqing Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of EPS-WBC and NIH-CPSI in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.49% and 95.12%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, EPS-WBC and NIH-CPSI were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Relinqing Granules combined with doxazosin and levofloxacin has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis, and can improve clinical symptoms, with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
