目的 探討銀杏蜜環(huán)口服溶液聯(lián)合阿司匹林腸溶片和氯吡格雷治療冠心病心絞痛的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年4月-2015年4月在西安市北方醫(yī)院老年病科和心內(nèi)科接受治療的冠心病心絞痛患者120例，根據(jù)治療方案的差別將上述患者分為對(duì)照組（60例）和治療組（60例）。對(duì)照組患者口服阿司匹林腸溶片，100 mg/次，1次/d，首次劑量為300 mg；同時(shí)口服硫酸氫氯吡格雷片，75 mg/次，1次/d，首次劑量為300 mg。治療組患者在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服銀杏蜜環(huán)口服溶液，10 mL/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療兩周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，同時(shí)比較兩組癥狀和血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)改善情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組總有效率分別為86.67%和96.67%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后兩組心絞痛發(fā)作次數(shù)、持續(xù)時(shí)間及緩解所需硝酸甘油用量較同組治療前明顯降低（P<0.05）；與對(duì)照組比較，治療組癥狀改善情況優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后兩組血漿黏度、血細(xì)胞比容（HCT）、纖維蛋白原（FIB）和血小板聚集率（MPA）均較同組治療前明顯降低，同組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組比對(duì)照組降低的更明顯，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 銀杏蜜環(huán)口服溶液聯(lián)合阿司匹林腸溶片和氯吡格雷治療冠心病心絞痛療效顯著，可明顯改善患者臨床癥狀，降低血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Armillariella Mellea Powders Oral Solution combined with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets and clopidogrel in treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris. Methods Patients (120 cases) with coronary heart disease with angina pectoris in Department of Geratology and Cardiology of Xi'an North Hospital from April 2014 to April 2015were divided into control (60 cases) and treatment (60 cases) groups based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were po administered with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets, 100 mg/time, once daily, and the first dosage was 300 mg. And they were po administered with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulphate Tablets, 75 mg/time, once daily, the first dosage was 300 mg. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Armillariella Mellea Powders Oral Solution on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement of symptoms and hemorheology indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 86.67% and 96.67%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, frequency and duration of angina pectoris, and also nitroglycerin dosage of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, MPA, FIB, plasma viscosity, and HCT in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were decreased more significantly than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Armillariella Mellea Powders Oral Solution combined with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets and clopidogrel has a clinical curative effect remarkable in treating of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris, can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the hemorheology indexes, which has a certain clinical application value.
