目的 分析中國中醫(yī)科學(xué)院廣安門醫(yī)院南區(qū)門診抗菌藥物的使用情況。方法 調(diào)取廣安門醫(yī)院南區(qū)2013—2015年門診抗菌藥物的相關(guān)信息，對劑型、銷售金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、日均費(fèi)用（DDC）及藥品排序比（B/A）進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 抗菌藥物類別以β-內(nèi)酰胺類為主，其次是大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類和喹諾酮類。2013—2015年DDDs排名第1位的均為頭孢呋辛酯片。抗菌藥物給藥途徑以口服為主。銷售金額排名前20名的品種基本沒有變化，頭孢地尼、頭孢呋辛酯是銷售金額排名前2位的品種，且DDDs排名前3位的為頭孢呋辛酯、頭孢地尼、阿莫西林克拉維酸鉀，排名順序各年度略有變化。口服劑型中頭孢地尼分散片、鹽酸莫西沙星片、頭孢克肟顆粒的DDC較高。注射劑型中注射用哌拉西林鈉舒巴坦鈉（4∶1）、鹽酸莫西沙星氯化鈉注射液、注射用頭孢西丁鈉、注射用鹽酸頭孢替安、注射用頭孢曲松鈉的DDC較高。2013年B/A為1的只有頭孢克肟顆粒，2015年B/A為1的品種有伊曲康唑膠囊、鹽酸莫西沙星片和頭孢曲松注射液。結(jié)論 廣安門醫(yī)院南區(qū)門診抗菌藥物使用基本合理，但仍應(yīng)加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督管理。

Objective To analyze the utilization of antibiotics in outpatient of South of Guang'anmen Hospital. Methods The utilization of antibacterial drugs in South of Guanganmen's Hospital from 2013 to 2015 was extracted, and the dosage form, consumption sum, frequency of drug use (DDDs), defined daily cost (DDC) and drug sequence ratio (B/A) were analyzed statistically. Results Most antibiotics were β-lactams, and then were macrolides and quinolones. DDDs of Cefuroxime Axetil Tablets always ranked the first. Oral administration was the most administration route. The variety of antimicrobical drugs with top 10 consumption sum did not change. Consumption sum of cefdinir and cefuroxime axetil ranked top 2. DDDs of cefuroxime axetil, cefdinir, amoxicillin, and clavulanate potassium ranked top 3, while each year there was a slight change in ranking order. DDC of Cefdinir Dispersible Tablets, Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets, and Cefixime Granules in oral drugs were high. DDC of Piperacillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium for injection (4:1), Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride and Sodium Chloride Injection, Cefoxitin Sodium for injection, Cefotiam Hydrochloride for injection, and Ceftriaxone Sodium for injection were high. Only B/A of Cefixime Granules was equal to 1 in 2013. B/A of Itraconazole Capsules, Moxifloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets, and Ceftriaxone Injection were equal to 1 in 2015. Conclusion The utilization of antimicrobial drugs is basically reasonable in outpatient of South of Guang'anmen Hospital, but they still needs further efforts to strengthen the management.
