目的 探究脈絡(luò)寧注射液聯(lián)合單唾液酸四己糖神經(jīng)節(jié)苷脂鈉治療高血壓腦出血的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年3月—2015年4月四川省安岳縣人民醫(yī)院神經(jīng)外科接受治療的高血壓腦出血患者86例，按照治療方法的不同分為對照組和治療組，每組各43例。對照組患者靜脈輸注單唾液酸四己糖神經(jīng)節(jié)苷脂鈉注射液，100 mg加入到0.9% NaCl溶液250 mL中，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上靜脈輸注脈絡(luò)寧注射液，20 mL加入到0.9% NaCl溶液100 mL中，1次/d。兩組患者均治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組患者血腫量、血腫周圍水腫量及美國國立衛(wèi)生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）評分變化。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為76.74%、93.02%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血腫量、血腫周圍水腫量及MIHSS評分明顯下降，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 脈絡(luò)寧注射液聯(lián)合單唾液酸四己糖神經(jīng)節(jié)苷脂鈉治療高血壓腦出血具有較好的臨床療效，能迅速減少顱內(nèi)血腫，減輕血腫周圍水腫，減輕腦損傷，提高患者的生活質(zhì)量，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mailuoning Injection combined with monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Patients (86 cases) with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in Department of Neurosurgery of Sichuan Anyue County People's Hospital from March 2014 to April 2015 were enrolled in this study. According to the different treatment plans, the patients were divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 43 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Sodium Injection, 100 mg added into normal saline 250 mL, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Mailuoning Injection on the basis of the control group, 20 mL added into normal saline 100 mL, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of hematoma volume, perihematomal edema volume, and NIHSS scores in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 76.74% and 93.02%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, hematoma volume, perihematomal edema volume, and NIHSS scores in two groups were significantly decreased, and the differences were statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Mailuoning Injection combined with monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium has clinical curative effect in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, and can rapidly reduce intracranial hematoma, reduce perihematomal edema, reduce brain damage, and improve quality of life, which has a certain clinical application value.
