目的 分析上海市浦東新區(qū)周浦醫(yī)院門急診口服非甾體抗炎藥(NSAIDs)的使用情況,為臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法 對上海市浦東新區(qū)周浦醫(yī)院2012—2014年門急診的口服非甾體抗炎藥的用藥金額、用藥頻度(DDDs)、限定日費用(DDC)及藥品排序比(B/A)等進行統(tǒng)計和分析。結(jié)果 非甾體抗炎藥的用藥金額在2014年迅速增長;阿司匹林腸溶片、洛索洛芬鈉膠囊和美洛昔康分散片的DDDs一直穩(wěn)居前3位;塞來昔布膠囊的DDC在所有非甾體抗炎藥中最高。B/A>1.5的有酚氨咖敏片、阿司匹林腸溶片和安乃近片,B/A<0.7的有塞來昔布膠囊、洛索洛芬鈉片、奧沙普秦腸溶片和氨麻美敏片Ⅱ。結(jié)論 上海市浦東新區(qū)周浦醫(yī)院的非甾體抗炎藥的使用基本合理,正朝著長效和低毒的新劑型方向發(fā)展。

Objective To analyze the utilization of oral nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in Department of Outpatient and Emergency of Shanghai Pudong New District Zhoupu Hospital, so as to provide reference for rational use in clinic. Methods Consumption sum, frequency of drug use (DDDs), defined daily cost (DDC), and drug sequence ratio (B/A) of NSAIDs in Department of Outpatient and Emergency of Shanghai Pudong New District Zhoupu Hospital from 2012 to 2014 were calculated and analyzed. Results Consumption sum of oral NSAIDs in 2014 increased rapidly. DDDs of Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets, Loxoprofen Sodium Capsules, and Meloxicam Dispersible Tablets ranked the first three persistently. DDC of Celecoxib Capsules was the highest in all NSAIDs. NSAIDs whose B/A were above 1.5 included Fen'ankamin Tablets, Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets, and Metamizole Sodium Tablets. NSAIDs whose B/A were below 0.7 included Celecoxib Capsules, Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets, Oxaprozin Enteric-coated Tablets, and Compound Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Tablets Ⅱ. Conclusion The utilization of NSAIDs in Shanghai Pudong New District Zhoupu Hospital is generally rational, and is developing toward the direction of new dosage forms with long-term and low toxicity.
