目的 觀察胃腸安丸聯(lián)合四聯(lián)療法治療兒童幽門螺桿菌感染的臨床療效。方法 2013年1月—2014年8月沈陽市兒童醫(yī)院收治的幽門螺桿菌感染患兒98例,隨機分為對照組和治療組,每組49例。對照組給予四聯(lián)療法治療,治療組在四聯(lián)療法的基礎(chǔ)上口服胃腸安丸。兩組均連續(xù)治療14 d。比較兩組患兒腹痛、食欲不振、惡心嘔吐等臨床表現(xiàn)的持續(xù)時間、幽門螺桿菌根除率、抗生素相關(guān)性腹瀉發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 治療后,治療組腹痛、食欲不振、惡心嘔吐持續(xù)時間顯著短于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P < 0.05)。對照組和治療組幽門螺桿菌根除率分別為91.83%、95.91%,兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。對照組和治療組抗生素相關(guān)性腹瀉發(fā)病率分別為18.3%、8.1%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P < 0.05)。結(jié)論 胃腸安丸聯(lián)合四聯(lián)療法治療兒童幽門螺桿菌感染具有較好的臨床療效,可緩解臨床癥狀,減少抗生素相關(guān)性腹瀉的發(fā)生。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Weichang'an Pills combined with quadruple therapy in treatment of helicobacter pylori infection in children. Methods Patients (98 cases) with helicobacter pylori infection in Shenyang Children's Hospital from January 2013 to August 2014 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 49 cases. The patients in the control group were given quadruple therapy. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Weichang'an Pills at the basis of quadruple therapy. Both groups were treated for 14 d. The duration of abdominal pain, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, eradication rates of helicobacter pylori, and incidence of antibiotic associated diarrhea in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, durations of abdominal pain, loss of appetite, nausea, and vomiting were shorter than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). The eradication rates of helicobacter pylori in the control and treatment groups were 91.83% and 95.91%, respectively, and there was no differences between two groups. The incidence of antibiotic associated diarrhea in the control and treatment groups were 18.3% and 8.1%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Weichang'an Pills combined with quadruple therapy has the good clinical effect in treatment of helicobacter pylori infection in children, and can alleviate clinical symptoms, while can reduce the occurrence of antibiotic associated diarrhea.
