目的 觀察環(huán)磷腺苷聯(lián)合阿魏酸鈉治療慢性腎衰竭周圍神經(jīng)病變的臨床療效.方法 收集2012年1月—2014年12月在日照市人民醫(yī)院住院的84例慢性腎衰竭患者,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組42例.對(duì)照組靜脈滴注注射用阿魏酸鈉,300 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液200 mL,1次/d.治療組靜脈滴注注射用環(huán)磷腺苷,40 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液200 mL,1次/d,同時(shí)使用注射用阿魏酸鈉,其用法用量同對(duì)照組.兩組均連續(xù)治療4周.觀察兩組的臨床療效,同時(shí)比較兩組治療前后正中神經(jīng)、腓神經(jīng)運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度(MNCV)和感覺神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度(SNCV)的變化.結(jié)果 治療后,對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為71.42%、88.10%,兩組總有效率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P< 0.05).兩組患者正中神經(jīng)、腓神經(jīng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度和感覺神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)速度均較治療前顯著增加,同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P< 0.05);且治療組的改善程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P< 0.05).結(jié)論 環(huán)磷腺苷聯(lián)合阿魏酸鈉治療慢性腎衰竭周圍神經(jīng)病變具有較好的臨床療效,可提高正中神經(jīng)、腓神經(jīng)的感覺神經(jīng)、運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)的傳導(dǎo)速度,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of adenosine cyclphosphate combined with sodium ferulate in treatment of chronic renal failure with peripheral neuropathy. Methods Patients (84 cases) with chronic renal failure in the People's Hospital of Rizhao City from January 2012 to December 2014 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 42 cases. The patients in the control group were iv administered with Adenosine Cyclphosphate for Injection, 300 mg adding 200 mL 5% glucose injection, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Sodium Ferulate for injection, 40 mg adding 200 mL 5% glucose injection, once daily, and the usage and dosage of Adenosine Cyclphosphate for Injection were the same as the control group. Two groups were treated for four weeks. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of MNCV and SNCV of median nerve and peroneal nerve in two groups were compared. Results The efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 71.42% and 88.10%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, MNCV and SNCV of median nerve and peroneal nerve in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P <0.05). And these indicators in treatment group improved better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Adenosine cyclphosphate combined with sodium ferulate has the good clinical effect in treatment of chronic renal failure with peripheral neuropathy, and can improve MNCV and SNCV of median nerve and peroneal nerve, which is worth clinical promotion.
