    目的 研究冰片-羥丙基-β-環(huán)糊精包合物經(jīng)鼻腔給藥后在兔體內(nèi)的藥動(dòng)學(xué)。方法 包合物經(jīng)鼻腔給藥后,采用GC法測(cè)定兔血漿中冰片濃度,以DAS 2.1.1軟件擬合,計(jì)算相關(guān)藥動(dòng)學(xué)參數(shù)。結(jié)果 冰片-羥丙基-β-環(huán)糊精包合物經(jīng)兔鼻腔給藥后的體內(nèi)過(guò)程符合二室模型,Cmax為8.162 mg/L,達(dá)峰時(shí)間tmax為1 min。結(jié)論 明確了冰片-羥丙基-β-環(huán)糊精包合物經(jīng)鼻腔給藥后在兔體內(nèi)的藥動(dòng)學(xué)特征,為進(jìn)一步制劑研究提供了參考。
