目的 調(diào)查2013年3月-2014年2月天津市第四中心醫(yī)院門急診抗菌藥物的使用情況,促進抗菌藥物的合理應用。方法 選取2013年3月-2014年2月天津市第四中心醫(yī)院門急診使用的抗菌藥物進行回顧性分析,分別從其銷售金額、使用頻度(DDDs)、聯(lián)合用藥、分級使用、給藥途徑等方面進行統(tǒng)計分析,并對不合理用藥情況進行分析。結(jié)果 抗菌藥物的使用率為16.96%;其中使用率最高的抗菌藥物為青霉素類,占25.05%;抗菌藥物處方主要以單一抗菌藥物使用為主,占83.13%;抗菌藥物使用級別主要以限制級為主,占76.27%;口服和靜脈給藥途徑分別為50.49%、49.51%;不合格處方367張,占抽取處方的4.41%。結(jié)論 2013年3月-2014年2月天津市第四中心醫(yī)院門急診抗菌藥物的使用情況基本合理,但仍存在一些不合理情況,還需進一步加強管理。

Objective To investigate the usage of antibiotics in outpatient and emergency department of Tianjin 4th Centre Hospital from March, 2013 to February, 2014, and to promote the rational use of antibiotics. Methods The usage of antibiotics in outpatient and emergency department of Tianjin 4th Centre Hospital from March, 2013 to February, 2014 was summarized retrospectively, and consumption sum, frequency of drug use (DDDs), drug combination, department distribution, classification, and administration route was analyzed statistically. And the irrational use of antibiotics was analyzed. Results The utilization ratio of antibiotics was 16.96%. The highest utilization ratio of antibiotics was penicillins (25.05%). Most of antibiotic prescriptions were the single medication, and the rate was 83.13%. Restricted antimicrobial drugs (76.27%) were in the majority. Oral and intravenous administration of antibiotics were 50.49% and 49.51%. Unqualified prescriptions were 367, accounted for 4.41%. Conclusion The utilization of antibiotics is basically rational in outpatient and emergency department of Tianjin 4th Centre Hospital from March, 2013 to February, 2014, but there is still some unreasonable situation, which needs further efforts to strengthen the management.
