目的 考察Eudragit NE30D膜的制備條件,探索膜性能參數(shù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化方法。方法 分別使用質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)5%、7.5%、10%、12.5%、15%的Eudragit NE30D水分散液,考察了1、2 mL兩種體積和25、40、55 ℃溫度對Eudragit NE30D膜制備的影響,比較了其厚度、均勻度、表面平滑度、含水量、透濕量、抗張強(qiáng)度、斷裂伸長率。結(jié)果 Eudragit NE30D適宜的成膜溫度為40 ℃,成膜時間4～6 h,操作體積為1 mL,質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為5%～10%,控制含水量5%。制得的膜標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化參數(shù)、透濕性和機(jī)械性能的重現(xiàn)性良好。結(jié)論 本法簡單可行,為研究Eudragit NE30D性能提供參考。

Objective To optimize preparation of Eudragit NE30D films, and explore the standardized method of its parameter properties. Methods Preparation of Eudragit NE30D films was optimized on four concentrations (5%, 7.5%, 10%, 12.5%, and 15%) of Eudragit NE30D aqueous dispersion with two kinds of volume (1 mL and 2 mL) and three kinds of temperature (25, 40, and 55 ℃), and the thickness, evenness, smoothness, water content, moisture permeability, tensile strength, and breaking longation of NE30D membranes were determined. Results The optimum conditions of Eudragit NE30D films were as following: temperature of forming films was 40 ℃, the film forming time was 4-6 h, the operation volume was 1 mL, the concentrationwas 5%-10%, and the water contentwas 5%. Eudragit NE30D films had good reproducibility on standardized parameters, moisture permeability, and mechanical property. Conclusion The method of forming films is simple and feasible which provides reference for further study of Eudragit NE30D.
