目的 利用近紅外光譜（NIR）分析技術(shù)和化學(xué)計(jì)量學(xué)方法對(duì)鹽酸環(huán)丙沙星片進(jìn)行無(wú)損、快速定量分析。方法 以不同生產(chǎn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的鹽酸環(huán)丙沙星片為分析對(duì)象，用光纖探頭測(cè)定其近紅外漫反射光譜；定量模型的預(yù)處理方法為二階導(dǎo)數(shù)，波長(zhǎng)范圍為6 101.9～4 555.2 cm^-1，采用偏最小二乘法（PLS）建立分析模型。結(jié)果 定量分析模型由93批樣品經(jīng)內(nèi)部交叉驗(yàn)證建立，177批樣品進(jìn)行外部驗(yàn)證，環(huán)丙沙星質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)范圍為54.20%～82.54%，相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.986 3，交叉驗(yàn)證均方差（RMSECV）為1.06，外部驗(yàn)證均方差（RMSEP）為0.92。結(jié)論 該方法快速、簡(jiǎn)便具有一定的專屬性，可用于鹽酸環(huán)丙沙星片中環(huán)丙沙星的快速定量分析。

Objective To develope near-infrared (NIR) method and chemometrics method for the rapid and nondestructive determination of Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets. Methods The diffuse reflectance NIR spectra of Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets from different pharmaceutical factories were measured intactly by a fiber optic probe; The pretreatment method of quantitative models was the second derivative; The wavelength rang of 6 101.9-4 555.2 cm^-1 was selected, the calibration model was developed using partial least squares (PLS) algorithm. Results For the quantitative model, 93 batches of samples were used as calibration set, and 177 batches of samples as validation set. The content range of ciprofloxacin was 54.20%-82.54%, the correlation coefficient of cross validation was 0.986 3, the root mean square error of cross validation (RMSECV) was 1.06, and the root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) was 0.92. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, and can be applied to rapid quantitative analyses of ciprofloxacin in Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets.
