目的 觀察六味地黃丸對(duì)早期糖尿病腎病患者的臨床療效及其安全性。方法 選擇天津市濱海新區(qū)大港港西街社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心2010年4月—2013年4月收治的早期糖尿病腎病患者72例，隨機(jī)分為治療組（36例）和對(duì)照組（36例），對(duì)照組給予飲食及運(yùn)動(dòng)療法，同時(shí)用阿卡波糖治療，餐前服用，100 mg/次，3 次/d；治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用六味地黃丸治療，6 g/次，2 次/d。治療兩個(gè)月后，比較兩組患者24 h尿蛋白、血糖、血脂及尿微量白蛋白的變化，同時(shí)觀察兩組不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果 兩組患者治療前后24 h尿蛋白、血糖、血脂及尿微量白蛋白自身對(duì)照有明顯差異（P＜0.05）；治療組患者各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)改善明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P＜0.05），兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況比較差異沒(méi)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 阿卡波糖聯(lián)合六味地黃丸治療對(duì)于早期糖尿病腎病患者有較好的臨床療效，值得臨床應(yīng)用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the early diabetes nephropathy patients with Liuwei Dihuang Pill (LDP) treatment. Methods Patients (72 cases) with early diabetic nephropathy from April 2010 to April 2013 in Tianjin Binhai New Area of Dagang Port West Street Community Health Service Center were randomly divided into treatment group (36 cases) and control group (36 cases). Each group was given a diet and exercise therapy, while the control group with acarbose treatment (before meals, each 100 mg, 3 times a day) and the treatment group with LDP treatment (6 g/time, twice a day). After the treatment for two months, the patients in two groups were compared within 24 h urine protein, blood sugar, blood fat, and urine trace albumin quantitative differences, adverse drug reactions and other changes. Results The patients of pre- and post-treatment self-reflection in the two groups had significant differences (P < 0.05); the improvement of each index of patients in the treatment group was superior to those in the control group (P < 0.05). The patients with adverse reaction conditions in the two groups had no statically significant differences (P > 0.05). Conclusion Acarbose combined with LDP has an accurate curative effect on early diabetic nephropathy, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
