《醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)藥事管理規(guī)定》要求醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)當(dāng)配備臨床藥師，但是目前基層醫(yī)院臨床藥師直接下臨床指導(dǎo)用藥面臨諸多問題。針對濰坊市婦幼保健院的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況，臨床藥師依托靜脈藥物配置中心在開展以合理用藥為核心的臨床藥學(xué)工作、指導(dǎo)臨床用藥方面摸索出一套醫(yī)護(hù)人員易于接受的工作模式。
