目的 評(píng)價(jià)醫(yī)務(wù)人員及患兒家屬對(duì)含毒性藥材骨科中成藥的認(rèn)知和實(shí)踐情況。方法 采用問卷的方式，對(duì)含毒性藥材骨科中成藥的兒童安全用藥問題進(jìn)行調(diào)研及宣傳教育，并對(duì)宣傳教育前后的認(rèn)知和實(shí)踐情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 通過宣傳教育，不同人群對(duì)含毒性藥材骨科中成藥用藥安全的認(rèn)知和實(shí)踐水平得到明顯改善。結(jié)論 應(yīng)進(jìn)一步關(guān)注和重視含毒性藥材骨科中成藥在兒童骨科疾病臨床診療中的合理應(yīng)用，提高關(guān)系兒童用藥安全的醫(yī)師、藥師、患兒及其家屬等各個(gè)群體的認(rèn)知和實(shí)踐水平。

Objective To evaluate the cognition and practice of medical staff and parents of sick children on Chinese patent medicines (CPM) with toxic ingredients used for orthopaedics of children. Methods Propaganda and education were conducted on the safety of children's medication with CPM including toxic ingredients used for orthopaedics of children by questionnaire. Statistics and analysis of the cognition and practice were conducted before and after propaganda and education. Results The cognition and practice of the different population on the medication safety of CPM with toxic ingredients used for orthopaedics were significantly improved. Conclusion It should be paid more attention on the rational use of CPM with toxic ingredients used for orthopaedics of children so as to improve the cognition and practice in the various populations of doctors, pharmacists, sick children, and parents of the children.
