摘 要：目的 建立蘇氏接骨膠囊中當(dāng)歸和川芎的定性鑒別和總阿魏酸的定量檢測方法。方法 采用薄層色譜法對蘇氏接骨膠囊中的當(dāng)歸和川芎進行定性鑒別，采用高效液相色譜法對阿魏酸進行定量測定。色譜柱為 Thermo C18（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）柱，流動相為乙腈-1%醋酸溶液（20∶80），體積流量1.0 mL/min，柱溫25 ℃，檢測波長320 nm。結(jié)果 薄層色譜清晰，分離良好，陰性無干擾。阿魏酸在0.42～2.24 μg 線性關(guān)系良好（r＝0.999 9），平均回收率為99.26%，RSD 為1.27%。結(jié)論 所建立的方法準(zhǔn)確、快速、簡便、重現(xiàn)性好，可作為蘇氏接骨膠囊的質(zhì)量控制方法。

Abstract: Objective To establish methods for identification and quantification of Angelica sinensis and Ligusticum chuanxiong in Su′s Fracture Healing Capsule．Methods Su′s Fracture Healing Capsules were identified by TLC．A new HPLC method was developed to quantitatively analyze the total ferulic acid which was the sum of free ferulic acid and hydrolyzed components．A Thermo C18（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）was used with acetonitrile-1% acetic acid（20∶80）as the mobile phase．The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was at 25 ℃．The detective wavelength was set at 320 nm．Results Spots obtained from the test solutions had the same color as Angelica sinensis and Ligusticum chuanxiong reference substances and the blank solution had no interference．The linearity range of ferulic acid was 0.42—2.24 μg．The average recovery of ferulic acid was 99.26% with the RSD of 1.27%．Conclusion The method of identification and quantification were accurate，simple and reproducible．It can be used for the quality control of Su′s Fracture Healing Capsule．
