摘 要：目的 觀察至生膠囊治療中晚期食管癌的臨床療效。方法 將48例中晚期食管癌患者隨機分為2組，每組24例，均用PP方案化療，治療組加服至生膠囊，每次2粒，每日2次。結果 治療組臨床癥狀，生活質量，療效，不良反應均優(yōu)于對照組（P＜0.05）。結論 至生膠囊聯(lián)合化療治療中晚期食管癌，可顯著改善癥狀，提高患者的生存質量。

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effects of Zhisheng Capsule combined with chemotherapy on patients with middle or advanced stage esophageal cancer．Methods A total of 48 patients with middle or advanced stage of esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups．Patients in both groups were treated by using PP program. In addition，patients in treatment group also took Zhisheng Capsule once 2 capsules for twice a day．Results In treatment group，the clinical symptoms and life quality of patients were improved compared with those of control group，the clinical efficacy was better，and toxic reactions were less（P＜0.05）．Conclusion Zhisheng Capsule，if combined with chemotherapy，can improve significantly the symptoms and life quality in the treatment of middle or advanced stage of esophageal cancer．
