目的 觀察葉酸聯(lián)合維生素B₁₂干預(yù)治療糖尿病腎病的臨床療效。方法 90例糖尿病腎病患者隨機(jī)分為治療組(45例)和對(duì)照組(45例)，對(duì)照組給予控制血糖及相應(yīng)對(duì)癥治療，治療組在采用對(duì)照組治療方法的基礎(chǔ)上加用葉酸和維生素B₁₂，兩組療程均為14 d。比較兩組病人的肝腎功能，24 h尿中微量白蛋白(udnary albumin)、葉酸、維生素B₁₂、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)等水平。結(jié)果 與對(duì)照組比較，治療組病人24 h尿蛋白的量、Hcy明顯降低(P＜0.05)，其他指標(biāo)兩組間差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 葉酸聯(lián)合維生素B₁₂干預(yù)治療能明顯降低糖尿病腎病患者24 h尿微量白蛋白和Hcy水平，對(duì)糖尿病腎病患者的腎臟有保護(hù)作用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of folic acid tablets in combination with Vitamin B tablets for diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 90 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups: control group (45 cases) and treatment group (45 cases). Patients in the control group received blood sugar control and other therapies according to the symptoms. Patients in the treatment group received folic acid tablets and Vitamin B₁₂ on the basis of therapies described in the control group. Both the treatment courses in the two groups were 14 days. The indices of the two groups were compared, including liver function, kindney function, 24 h urinary microalbumin, folic acid, Vitamin B₁₂ and homocysteine Hcy). Results Compared with that of control group, Patients in the treatment group had a lower 24 h urinary microalbumin and homocysteine (P＜0.05).There was no statistic significance in other comparisons between the two groups. Conclusion Folic acid tablets in combination with Vitamin B₁₂ tablets are safe and effective to lower the 24 h urinary microalbumin and Hcy of patients with diabetic nephropathy, and can protect the kidney of patients.
