目的 建立小兒百部止咳糖漿中苦杏仁苷的測(cè)定方法；方法 采用反相高效液相色譜法，色譜柱為Agilent Hypersil ODS， 流動(dòng)相為甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(19∶81)，檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)210 nm。結(jié)果 苦杏仁苷在0.081 6～1.020 μg呈良好的線性關(guān)系，平均回收率為98.63%，RSD＝1.15%。結(jié)論 本方法簡(jiǎn)便、準(zhǔn)確，重現(xiàn)性好。可作為小兒百部止咳糖漿的質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Objective To establish a method for determination of amygdaloside in Child Baibu Zhike Syrup. Methods RP-HPLC was used with Agilent Hypersil ODS as analytical column. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (19:81). The detective wavelength was set at 210 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.081—1.020 μg for amygdaloside r＝0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.63% (RSD＝1.15%). Conclusion The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible. It can be applied to quality control of amygdaloside in Child Baibu Zhike Syrup.
