目的 探討液基薄層細(xì)胞制片技術(shù)在肺腫瘤診斷中的應(yīng)用價值。方法 選取纖維支氣管鏡刷檢細(xì)胞學(xué)診斷 1 580 例肺腫瘤患者，同時采用常規(guī)刷片、液基薄層細(xì)胞制片進(jìn)行細(xì)胞學(xué)診斷，并隨診患者的臨床及病理資料。結(jié)果 1 580 例標(biāo)本中給組織病理診斷肺部惡性腫瘤 864 例，常規(guī)刷片診斷 747 例，液基薄層細(xì)胞制片診斷 795 例，液基薄層細(xì)胞學(xué)、常規(guī)刷片診斷敏感度分別為 92%、86%，特異性分別為 95.1%、84%。液基薄層細(xì)胞學(xué)、常規(guī)刷片分型診斷符合率分別為：鱗癌 96.2%、93.5%，腺癌 94.3%、87%，小細(xì)胞癌 98%、90%。結(jié)論 纖維支氣管鏡液基薄層細(xì)胞技術(shù)在肺腫瘤診斷中具有較高的特異性及分型診斷符合率。

Objective To evaluate the application of ThinPrep technology in the diagnosis of lung cancers. Methods 1 580 patients who underwent ThinPrep bronchial brushing cytology and conventional preparation examination were collected and the related clinical and pathological data were analyzed. ResultsThere were 864 malignant patients with histopathological diagnosis, and 747 malignant patients with conventional preparation diagnosis of 1 580 patients. The sensitivity of ThinPrep bronchial brushing and conventional preparation cytology were 92% and 86%, The specificity were 95.1% and 84%, The accordant rate of cytology in subclassification was 96.2% and 93.5% in squamous cell carcinoma, 94.3% and 87% in adenocarcinoma and 98% and 90% in small cell lung cancer. Respectively. Conclusion ThinPrep bronchial brushing cytology has good sensitivity and specificity in the typing and diagnosis of lung cancer.
