目的 探討不同溶劑對青龍衣中胡桃醌提取率的影響，進(jìn)一步通過正交試驗(yàn)優(yōu)選青龍衣中胡桃醌最佳提取工藝。方法 以胡桃醌的量為評價(jià)指標(biāo)，以乙醇、氯仿、石 油醚、醋酸乙酯為溶劑分別進(jìn)行超聲提取，用HPLC法測定提取物中的胡桃醌，確定出最佳提取溶劑。以溶劑用量(倍)、提取時間(min)、提取次數(shù)（次）為考察因素，采用正交試驗(yàn)法L₉(3⁴)確定提取青龍衣中胡桃醌的最佳工藝。結(jié)果 最佳提取溶劑為醋酸乙酯，最佳提取工藝條件為A3B3C2，即10倍量的醋酸乙酯，超聲2次，每次40 min。結(jié)論 用正交試驗(yàn)法優(yōu)選所得胡桃醌的提取工藝科學(xué)合理，適于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)。

Objective To explore the effects of different extraction solvents on the yield of juglone in Exocarpium Juglandis Immaturum and further optimize the ex traction technology by orthogonal test. Methods The content of juglone was determined by HPLC and used as the assessment index. Ethanol, benzene, chloroform, and ethyl acetate were selected as the extraction solvents, and extracted by ultrasound wave, respectively, then the optimal extraction conditions were defined by orthogonal design. ResultsThe optimum conditions were: extraction solvent — ethyl acetate (tenfold volumn × twice for 40 m in per time). Conclusion Using the orthogonal test, the optimization of extraction technology for juglone is scientific, rational and can be used in industrial production.
