目的 檢測(cè)山東道地藥材瓜蔞中無(wú)機(jī)元素和農(nóng)藥殘留量.方法 用原子吸收光譜法、原子熒光光譜法測(cè)定無(wú)機(jī)元素,以氣相色譜法測(cè)定農(nóng)藥殘留量.結(jié)果 與結(jié)論 6個(gè)栽培品種15個(gè)瓜萎樣本的重金屬和農(nóng)藥殘留均符合國(guó)內(nèi)外的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并擬訂了瓜蔞藥材中有害物質(zhì)的限量.
