目的 對(duì)刺五加根、莖、葉原藥材及總苷提取物的紅外光譜圖進(jìn)行整體分析.方法 采用紅外光譜三級(jí)宏觀指紋鑒定的方法.結(jié)果 原藥材譜圖顯示,根和莖譜圖較為相似,主要體現(xiàn)在草酸鈣和淀粉特征峰,而葉的草酸鈣特征峰幾乎消失,淀粉特征峰的峰形也變得不明顯.總苷提取物的一維譜圖顯示根、莖、葉在1 602、1 514、1 452(苯環(huán)骨架振動(dòng))、1 271 cm-1(=C-O)附近均有特征吸收,因此,推測(cè)3者共有的成分為酚苷類化合物.二階導(dǎo)數(shù)譜圖給出葉在1 656 cm-1(黃酮的C=O)附近特征峰明顯強(qiáng)于根和莖,說明葉中黃酮類成分高于根和莖.二維譜圖在1 350～1 700 cm-1波段根和莖均體現(xiàn)苯環(huán)骨架振動(dòng)的5個(gè)自動(dòng)峰1 636、1 600、1 521、1 462、1 453 cm-1,葉除了苯環(huán)骨架振動(dòng)峰外還出現(xiàn)1 656 cm-1黃酮類成分的C=O振動(dòng),進(jìn)一步證實(shí)葉中黃酮類成分高于根和莖.結(jié)論 初步建立了刺五加的宏觀質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提供了宏觀質(zhì)量控制的重要參考數(shù)據(jù)和評(píng)價(jià)依據(jù).
