目的觀察白英消疹止癢凝膠(以下簡稱"白英凝膠")的藥理作用。方法給大鼠注射組織胺和5-羥基色胺0.1mL致炎,觀察白英凝膠對血管通透性的影響;觀察該凝膠對0.01%磷酸組胺對豚鼠致癢閾的影響;采用二甲苯致炎法,觀察不同藥物對小鼠耳廓腫脹的影響;取金葡菌、大腸桿菌、綠膿桿菌、沙門氏菌和白色念珠菌等,分別加入不同濃度的白英凝膠溶液,觀察其抑菌濃度。結(jié)果白英凝膠明顯縮小大鼠的皮膚色斑面積和皮膚厚度,降低皮膚的吸光度,改善皮膚血管的通透性;明顯提高豚鼠對磷酸組織胺的致癢閾及小鼠耳廓腫脹抑制率。白英凝膠還表現(xiàn)出一定的抑菌作用,對金葡菌、大腸桿菌、沙門氏菌和白色念珠菌的MIC為100mg/mL,對綠膿桿菌的MIC為50mg/mL。結(jié)論白英凝膠具有止癢、抗炎和抗菌等藥理作用,適用于治療慢性濕疹。

Objective To observe the pharmacological actions of Baiying Xiaozhen Zhiyang Gel(hereinafter called "Baiying Gel").Methods The influence of Baiying Gel on vascular permeability was observed in rats with inflammation induced by injection of 0.1 mL of histamine and serotonin,its influence on 0.01% of histamine phosphate-induced itching threshold in claws of guinea pigs;the influences of various drugs on auricular swelling induced by dimethyl benzene were observed in mice.The bacteria-inhibitory concentrations of Baiying Gel were obtained in experiment with various concentrations of the Gel containing Staphylococcus aureaus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Salmonellae or Candiada albicans.Results Baiying Gel obviously reduced pigmentation area,thickness and optical density and improved vascular permeability of rats'skin,marked increased histamine phosphate-induced itching threshold in guinea pigs and auricular swelling-suppressive rate in mice(P<0.05).In addition,Baiying Gel showed definite bacteria-inhibitory actions,with MIC of 100 mg/mL against Staphylococcus aureaus,Escherichia coli,Salmonellae and Candiada albicans,and with MIC of 50 mg/mL against Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Conclusion Baiying Gel has notable itching-relieving,anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial actions,and it is suitable for the treatment of chronic eczema.
